What to expect/goals/budget
Identify your target buyer and position your home for that market
An assessment of the entire property, including curb appeal and any outdoor space
A detailed evaluation of furniture, accessories, lighting fixtures, clutter, focal points, color, traffic flows, updates and repairs needed.
Paint color recommendations
Suggestions for new accessories (owner can purchase or we'll do the shopping for you)
A proposal of staging and other services if choosing to DIY
A list of preferred vendors if needed (professional organizer, painter, carpenter, etc.)
Free! Our client care package (over a dozen tips, resources and checklists - everything you need for selling your home and moving)
Hands - On
Working from the consultation recommendations, we will organize, declutter and stage the owner’s furnishings to make the home show-ready for your target buyer. Our client care package is included.
Half Day Option - $650(Up to 4 hours)
Full Day Option - $1,075 (Up to 7 hours)
Photo Prep Staging
We will make sure to put all the finishing touches in place right before the photos for marketing are taken. Remember, most potential buyers are looking online so, this is their first impression!
1-2 hours session available - $150 an hour
